of course it's subjective, but I think charvel went for a sleeker more uniform look with their new models and thus got matching poles and a "stealth" duncan logo that is barely visible. I personally prefer the new ones by far.

I saw they now use matching double hex screw APH-1Ns on the DK24s to match the double hex of the Full Shred. I wonder how much it affects tone and find it strange that the pickup is still listed as APH-1N even though it is clearly not an APH-1N anymore once it has 2 rows of hex screws right...

The JB/Jazz gets praise as best all round set, but IMO the JB is not a very good allrounder, the cleans are bad and it's not a very dynamic pickup, it's too loud to do anything subtle with it. Would you guys agree C5/Jazz takes the crown for most versatile SD set? if not, why and which set...

I've been eyeing the SC20, Runt 20 and JJ-JR amps, I like the sound of all 3 and can't really decide which one to get, I'd like to hear some of your inputs if you have experience with them, ideally i would play them side by side, but that's not really possible at the moment.
