I've conditioned then stained my Tele project, and now I've moved onto the clear coat. I did the first layer, but I moved a little slow wiping it off and turns out my lint free cloth is not as lint free as I thought.
Is it cool to wait for it to dry around 24 hours, hit it with the 0000 (white) scotchbrite, clean it up with an actual lint free cloth, and then start the next coat?
Are there unintended consequences here?
