Yes but it would be pointless.

The so-called Fifties wiring mod affects how the two volume pots on a two pickup guitar interact when the selector switch is in the middle "both pickups" position.

Hmmm -- correct me if I am wrong, but I was lead to believe that the 50's wiring prevented the loss of treble as one rolled off the volume on any guitar wired that way ... where can I find info that says it only works on 2 HB arrangements?

If this is truly so, how can I modify this 2 HB version to a 50's wiring (http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=2h_1v_1t_3w_1pp)? where the push-pull changes the bridge C8 series to parallel (series in the down position) thanks?

You can move the tone pot hookup on the volume pot to the middle lug. Then swap the connections on the tone pot (cap lead to outside lug, ground to middle lug). That's the 50's tone wiring mod. That'll decrease the treble roll-off when rolling down the volume.

The wiring that Funk is describing is where the volume controls are "decoupled".

grumptruck -- thank you -- could you also run the cap between the center lug of the Vol and he center lug of the Tone to get the 50's effect?

^^You would need to move the tone cap over too, I think for this. The signal I think has to have choices. The highs escape when it becomes easier to get to ground.

But the tone pot wiring I think is less important....its the attachment of the tone circuit to the output of the volume pot (rather than the input with modern) that makes the difference tonally.
