Since theres almost 30 people for the regular spaced pickup, how about dividing the lot into 15 Cream/Cream, 15 Zebra, if theres some more Zebra-jonesing folks out there?

It's honestly more trouble than it is worth at this point to try to differentiate things even further. The idea behind getting these at a vastly reduced rate was to make it easy on MJ and Seymour. If they know that they have to builid 30 of the same pup in Normal space and potentially 10 in Tremspace , it just makes it way easier to have the double cream/nickel covered go out all the same spec and the zebra/nickel cover all go out the same spec.

The fact that they are willing to do both Trem and Normal was a deviation from the basic premise early on that they all had to be the same.

Sorry to be a pain. But, this is the way it is.

I haven't asked to be truthful. I know that MJ and Seymour love the forum guys. We're some of their best salesmen. I trust that she'll knock them out as quickly as possible.

Reality is that I'll be placing the order right around NAMM. So, I'm sure that it won't even get looked at until end of Jan/first week of Feb.

Orders of this size are easier to fill than 40 different spec orders. That should help.

Heck, I was the annoying nag who started that GIANT 10K thread only a few weeks ago...I'm getting one of these buckers even if its pink!!!! Color is important, but TONE is what I'm after...

I'll just have to suck it up and be OK with the double cream in the bridge and the zebra in the neck color combo. Or just get a nickel covered 59.

What would be a good Neck pup to pair with my XK Brobucker? I'm thinking about changing the pups in my LP Classic to see if I'll play it more. My favorite LP players are Duane Allman, Gary Rossington, Jimmy Page. So more Classic/Hard Rock than Metal.
