Managed to scrape together enough coin to purchase this Ibanez 12-string.



Looking at acoustic pickups, is there a better choice for 12-strings?

None as yet. I will need to flip it to lefty before I worry about that. I am getting a feel of the fretboard and dealing with double strings since there's not much else I can do at the moment. It doesn't really feel much different, but I'm sure that will change when I start working on chords.

You'll learn 12st very quickly. It's not a playing challenge, but it is a strength challenge.

I just use an SD Woody with my Yamaha 12st. No poles.
