12th fret bends - buzzing

I have a Vintage Icon V6 strat copy - cheap but a nice guitar for the money.

Recently I've noticed that 3 semitone bends around the 12th are tending to buzz - not choke completely but buzz.

Action is around 3/64th at the 15th fret and always has been. Relief is around .005 - .007. I should be able to make these bends as the fretboard radius is quite flat (12").

It just seems to happen around the 12th fret on the top E.

I've checked with a straightedge and cant visibly see any high spots.

Is my guitar due a fret level?

Any other sugesstions?

youll neeed either a fret level, or to adjust the tremolo with less tension by removeing *springs or loosening the claw screws.Even then you may have to raise the action. Hows the relief in the neck?

How old are your strings? Have you had any major changes in humidity in your area recently? Just ruling out the obvious first.

+1
Try a bit more relief first.
