$1500 Made in China Jacksons

My experience is that people let go of the ones that have neck problems.

I've yet to encounter one-and I've had 20+ pass through my hands. I'm sure they're out there, but I've either been incredibly lucky or they're quite rare.

Location doesn't decide price point. Location might decide profit margin. The inherent properties of the guitar coupled with cost of manufacture decides what it's worth.

This is an extremely good point.

1/4 of AAA flamed maple, Duncan Pickups, High end Gotoh tuners, CTS pots, and Stainless steel frets edged/crowned immaculately is a guitar worth what the market says.

A 1/16th AA Veneer, Mystery pickups, pot metal no brand tuners, tiny little pots, and jagged fret ends that are almost polished, is worth not much.

Both of those can be made in America or China.
