15W Tweed Princeton 5F2-A head with a GZ34 and a 5881 (or 6L6): Should I go for it?

Some ultra picky people reckon that they can hear a difference between different generations of Fender Tweed amp due to different transformer construction and rectification.

Considering the effects that over fifty years of use, ageing and degradation would have on any original vintage amp, it hardly seems worth making a colossal fuss over slavishly following the original schematic.

single ended amps can sound awesome, why not!?!

Seems like a single Y3 should be plenty.?
Maybe not with a 6L6
Actually, I prefer using the Weber Copper Caps. They will never stop running, and they offer the Same/Similar sag as the real tube diodes do.
Nice Amp
Good Luck
