hahha wow some history here. Never had the guts to buy a vintage amp. A year after this thread, I wound up selling my Gibson GA5 and got a Vintage Sound Amps Princeton Reverb copy (now w/ 12" alnico weber). It gave me my blackface fill and I still dig it/use it for cocktail/ambient/corporate gigs and some rehearsals. I'm gonna get a stock Blues Junior for a cheap, pedal-friendly, dirt machine in the near future. I haven't been pursuing "larger" amps like a Pro Reverb... I'm still in love with my Fender '57 Custom Tweed Twin. That amp wows me every time I plug into it (and to think I was gonna sell it!!!!)
