Hey Guys, I posted this for a dude at the Plexi Place requesting a clip of a Traynor Bassmaster in action. At last weeks rehearsal I threw up a couple mic's and this is just our little loosening up Jam we do at gigs and rehearsals. Figured I would toss it up here too, for those that are interested. The amp is one of my favorites, does the Marshall thing as good as any Marshall of that era. Just huge sounding when you are in a room with it. I am useing a Weber Mass, Eminence Wizard loaded cab and a Strat with a HighOrder humbucker in the bridge. Nate the other guitarist is getting some killer tones with his 86 PV VTM 60 and a Strat. He does the solo at the end.

Enjoy!!

Would it be rude to ask for MORE? :)

I love your style, Kev. Great stuff! I should probably just give in and buy a cd. By the way, I'm the same dude, but the PP was a little too slow for me, sadly.

kevlar3000, im listening to your soundclick songs right now and you guys are awesome. Im seriously considering buying the CD.

Re: 1970 Traynor Bassmaster clip

Hey guys,

Huge thanks!! This one kinda disappeared and nice to see it pop up.

FUZZ I agree, the PP is pretty slow these days. Nice to see you here, I recognize that Traynor signature!! lol.

RID I just got me a Treble and Bass yesterday. OMG I love that thing. It is a Kelly in 9.5 out of 10 condition. Brit tone perfection!!

Re: 1970 Traynor Bassmaster clip

I like it very much. Do you think you could make some clips with your Laney AOR also?

Re: 1970 Traynor Bassmaster clip

Hey Thanks Sune,

Man, in a major gear trade yesterday I sent the AOR away. I love that amp, but the Kelly head I got in it's place just has more vintage mojo going on. I will definately get an AOR again, I spent many hrs tweaking the one I had.... I don't like trading gear, as I fall in love with it all. But that Kelly, in that shape, is likely an amp I will never see again in this part of the world. It is simply spectacular.

Re: 1970 Traynor Bassmaster clip

Hey that's cool.. It's your amp's.. I was just asking in case you still had it. ;)

Re: 1970 Traynor Bassmaster clip

Please, please, please give us more. I've recently secured a deal with CapoFirstFret's YBA-1A, and I'd like to get an even greater idea of how it sounds with single coils and humbuckers.

No rush or anything. :)

LOL, sadly that particular recording had 10 tracks, but only one made it, the MP3 recorder got messed up. Likely not lanything too soon.

That amp will knock some walls down!! Beautiful, huge sound!!
