1970s-'80s Ibanez humbucker mounting ring replacements? (Odd spacing)

I need a black slanted mounting ring for a flat top guitar that has the same mounting screw placement as a 1978 Ibanez. The four screws are a good bit farther apart than standard Gibson spacing and even farther apart than a cheapie "import" ring.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Flat top, like an SG, slanted rings, like an SG. The ring I need to replace was off of an ST-50. It is flat across the face (like an SG) but has an angled neck like...you get the idea.

Posting the Center-to-Center measurements between holes on both the short and long sides of the ring you need might help you source a match. I suggest using millimeters to the nearest ".5" mm.

Looks like 40mm on the short ends, 84 or 85mm on the long sides.
Like I said, much wider than Gibson screw spacing.
