1986 Made In the USA San Dimas Jackson Soloist. The color is Orange, I have never seen another in this color. It is a neck through with a maple neck and probably alder or poplar body wings. The 24-fret fretboard is made of rosewood with a beautiful grain. The fret dot markers are Mother-of-Pearl. It comes with a factory installed Original Floyd Rose tremolo and the 1 5/8" nut is the Floyd type, not the behind-the-nut Kahler style. The original Floyd tremolo bar is included. The pickups are Jackson. One humbucker and two single coils. I'm not sure of the model of the humbucker (if you want, I can pull it and let you know), but the two singles are actually J-200's. There are stacked humbuckers in a single coil housing. There is also an active Jackson mid-boost circuit, the JE-1200, that the pickups are wired to. One volume, one tone, and one pot that controls the mid-boost circuit. There are three mini-toggle switches that control the on/off for each pickup. There are only a few minor dings/dents on this guitar. They are labeled in the pictures. Also, on the side of the fretboard at fret #9 on the treble side, there is a clear coat chip and a small paint chip. There is also some clear coat lifting on the treble side of the fretboard. None of these affect playing and you can not feel it. The headstock is absloutely 100% in tact with no chips or dings/dents. The frets are in excellent shape with very long life left in them. The tremolo and control cavity cover plates are the brushed aluminum. This guitar is 100% factory original. The serial number is J2591. The DiMarzio clip lock strap does not come with the guitar. The original black strap buttons will be put back on. The guitar does come with a non-original hardshell case.
