1st clip of new Ibanez

Just got a new Ibanez RG321
Mahogany body, maple bolt on neck with rosewood fb.

On advise from this forum, I just put a CC trembucker in it.
Monster low mids and fairly tight sounding.

Also, I found a new method of recording.
4 mono tracks (Podxt) instead of two stereo tracks.
Please forgive the mistakes.

I think it sounded pretty good. Someone once told me, "It doesn't matter what guitar your playing, the player is what matters."

Oh, I don't know about that.
If I had been playing my les paul, I wouldn't have made so many mistakes,
but it wouldn't have sounded as thick either. (still trying to get used to this longer scale.)

Yea, I think I had trouble going from a LP to a Randy Rhoads model because of scale length as well.

Woah... that's metal as hell!

Bass down and treble up and it'll sound much better, IMO.

At the moment it sounds crazy but I think it could sound that much crazier! :laugh2:

Your playing is, in a word, groovy. Instant attraction to the clip.

Real cool track!! ilike your playing ,and i like how you mute.!!cool,tone but too bassy ,you have enough bass on your track ,you don'Ät need the bass from your guitar!!!:O).it is real cool.tight and nice.Cool stuff ,thanx and keep on rockin'

Wow, thanks everyone.

Yes, this pickup in this guitar is extremely thick sounding. I actually have the bass on 4, mids, treble and presence dimed. I think I should mess around with cabinet models to reduce the low end.
