2 humbuckers + 4-way switch + vol/tone push-pull switches

Hello everyone!

I will be assembling a super strat with ’59/Custom Hybrid trembucker and Cool Rails neck pickup. I’ve heard both the pickups sound quite nice in parallel as well so I’ll install them them with individual push-push pots. I was also thinking about using 4-way switch instead of 3-way switch.

Anyone tried this setup? I read two humbuckers run in series ends up quite muddy but how’s the case with two parallel humbuckers run in series? Do you happen to have a wiring diagram? I tried searching one on Google but wasn’t lucky enough to find one...

I tried to find it on the S.D. support page, but it only shows the version using triple shots. Be aware that color codes are different for SD pickups.

Please clarify why you would like to use a 4 way switch.
