I think if you can swing the price, you'll have yourself a great sounding tele, if you want something as hot and middy as the JB in the bridge. The regular Jazz set might be more pleasing to you if you want both your pickups to sound calibrated and similar.
I'll never understand why the Jazz set isn't more popular. It's got ultimate definition and clarity, and isn't too bright. If you're a picker, you want that glassy top end. They sound great from crystal clean to highgain.
As far as I can see, the Antiquity JB/Jazz is similar to a regular single conductor set, only with Dun-Aged magnets. The aging/relicing process accounts for the price.
