Plus Studios are slightly thinner than Standards too.
Not sure what kind of weight relieving that one has, but I believe the current ones have the ultra modern thing?
No complaints about weight relieving, personally. My Gibson sounds FANTASTIC even if it looks like a swiss cheese inside, LOL. My Epiphone wasn't, and I can't say it sounded nearly as good.
