2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded HP

I have for sale a 2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded HP. It has the contoured heel and the wider nut width. My bathroom scale says 8.4 lbs. but I'm guessing that's light. I would guess between 9 - 9.5 lbs. There are a few light impressions on the top and some light buckle rash on the back. But overall in very good condition. Person I purchased it from gigged with it shortly. No head stock hits, no cracks, breaks, or repairs. If you want specific pictures of something please ask. Guitar also has Gotoh locking string tuners which are extremely smooth and stay in tune well.

The pickups and harness have been changed. It has a Jonesy Blues 21 Tone Jimmy Page harness with 4 push / pulls. You can read about it here: https://www.jonesyblues.com/store/p_...ss-and-switch-

The pickups are both Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates. Guitar still has the titanium factory adjustable nut. It comes with an SKB plastic hard case complete with the keys. I have close to $400 just in the harness and pickups. The harness new from Dave is $199.00 If you want the guitar without the harness and pickups I'll sell it that way also.
Asking $900 with regular PP and shipping included.
Or $600 shipped and PP included without the harness and pickups.
Strap not included!

If I'm out of whack on the price tell me.
But I think I'm in the ball park for an HP. They run right at $1000 on Reverb with a standard harness, tuners, factory pickups, and no shipping.
If someone is looking, this one is very nice and would make a great gigging guitar with the electronics and tuner upgrades.
I've had two Les Paul guitars and they are just not me. Not saying I won't have another, but I play my Teles, Strats. and G&L's and the LP sits.
And I just built a double humbucker Tele. I still have a 335 if I get the Gibson itch!
If you have something to trade shoot me a message. All I can do is say no. But I'm not looking for anything specific. Possibly a Peavey Classic 50 2x12. Other than that, IDK? Any questions please ask.
Same username on TGP. With 100% feedback on there and Reverb.
Thanks for looking!

That is sweet looking
but i havent seen that style neck heel on the 16s
I have a 16 Studio Custom with a different style contour heel

This is an HP (high performance) model. It has the contoured neck heel and the nut width is 1.74". About a 1/16" wider than a normal Les Paul.
The nut is also titanium and adjustable.

The modern and the faded are two different guitars

Could you show an image of the control cavity

That finish wasnt stock in 2016 on the modern with the scuplted heel and that heel wasn't available on the Faded line at all

Think you may have been scammed

It's actually referred to as Faded Worn Cherry

Here's the Ebony:

Here's the Cherry:

I can show the control cavity if you like. But it won't tell you anything regarding the year.
Since it now has 4 - CTS push / pull pots. But if you want me to pull the cover and post a picture, I would be happy to do that if you have an interest.
Or I can contact Gibson and have them respond to the serial number. It's clearly marked and legible on the back of the head stock, along with 2016 that I posted.
Let me know.

Thanks for the interest.
