2016 LP standard pickup swap to alnico pro ii

Doing what I though was a basic pickup swap from the stock pickups to the alnico ii pro slash pickup set and just found out my guitar has the new quick connectors installed. I want to keep the original pots just need advice on how to swap the quick connectors from the stock pickups to my new ones or if there is a quick connector kit I could buy.

See new post "Gibson is using quick connect on pickups" on the new page. An old thread about this just came up with a forum member asking another forum member for help on the same subject. Sounds like he is still open to help people just like you and he even added color pictures to show what he can do.

I did that last week with the same guitar, only with a Custom and a Jazz. A little word of warning though, working with those tiny little connectors is INFURIATING.
