25k ohm push/pull pot with Jazz p'up and Baggs T-Bridge on the pull side Help

What's happenin' out there? Got a question for anyone who can help. I'm having Warmoth build me a Jackson Soloist Carved Top. I'm putting a Disttion at the bridge and a Jazz at the neck. I'm putting a LR Baggs T-Bridge (Piezo) on it. I'm not sure of the depth of the control cavity but i'm needing to eliminate any extras possible... like the mini toggle to switch between p'ups and piezo. I need to find out what the negative(s) are using a 25k ohm vs. 250k or 500k. Anybody done anything like this?

It would seem to me that using a 25k pot with a passive 'buckers will kill all the pups fidelity, both output and tonal wise. It also seems like a shame to me to have a custom guitar built that can't accomodate the electonics that you want. There's several possible solutions:

1. Use a push/pull pot switch to do the switching.

2. If you don't mind spending a little more, Duncan makes, (through its sister company D-Tar), a device specifically made for this type of problem:

D-Tar Eclipse

If neither of those is do-able, we can figure out something else. ;)
