25K pots, surely someone else has had this problem?

Why doesn't anyone sell standard US (3/8") short shaft-regular knurled top 25K pots? Just a regular old CTS in a 25K would be fine, but no, no one has short shafts. WTF? I can't use the skinny import pots, I can't fit in long shafts and batteries, and I hate my knobs wobbling on those stupid alpha splines.

Anyone else? We might be able to coerce Scott into making an order.

You can get small body Alpha solid shaft pots in 25k. They use them in pedals, so check around sites that sell pedal parts.

Solid shafts no work with Gibson knobs.

They make splined as well. I just figured wobbling knobs were on set screw knobs not matched to the shaft size.

You might also have to go with import knobs to fit tight on metric shafts. The overall look won't be any different, so it would just snug up the feel of the knob.
