I have a customer with a Carvin CS6S guitar which is a Les Paul style guitar. This customer had the guitar routed for a middle humbucker and bought three Seymour Duncan pickups for it. A SD Custom bridge and two SD Jazz for the middle and neck position.
This Carvin guitar has the same control layout as a Les Paul except he wants to activate the middle pickup with a push/pull pot. He says he doesn't like the sound of a humbucker in the middle so he wants me to wire the middle pickup in parallel.
I've done a similar thing on my 3 pickup Les Paul but my middle pickup is wired in split mode when I activate it with the push/pull pot.
I have no idea how to wire up a three humbucker guitar's middle pickup in parallel and have tried some of the schematics online but those were for a two humbucker guitar and didn't work when I tried them. Does anyone here have a schematic for a middle humbucker in parallel??
