what's wrong with my les paul??? when i touch any metal parts (including the strings) on my les paul, it makes this tiny little popping noise... it's annoying as hell!!!!! anyone go through this problem??? i don't know what's wrong with it!! :yell: :yell:

Use a power conditioner and see if that helps. It could be the wireing in you place. Otherwise I'd try turning the tone and vol pots to see it they are making the noise.

There's probably a grounding issue. Check the guitar's input jack. It might a;so be a faulty guitar cable.
