4 Days In Reno

I took my frustration watching my Brown Note D'Lite amp kit hung up in Reno the last couple of days (at least by the FedEx tracker system). The following clip is Jamstix drums, Yamaha Bass though a Fender Bassman amp ... both guitars are my Yamaha SA2000 through the Mesa Boogie Mark I.

Thanks SS ... The bass part took a while for me to get tight with the funky drum part. Real work for me ... bass playing is hard for me to get precise. Then the guitar parts were pretty quick ... just jamming for fun. Kinda messy. :biglaugh:

Nope ... the mojo didn't help ... as of this minute it still shows intransit to Reno since 5:27am on 5/21. It's not officially due until this Friday, so FedEex won't really check on it until then. But I'm hoping it's still moving and FedEx has just given to meaning to the word "tracker". :laugh2:

Hoping for the best ...

Could not sleep for some reason. Checked while I was up. Showed up in Charlotte, NC about 7pm. LOL

The amp kit finally arrived yesterday. Been a long wait ... ordered it on Thanksgiving Day! Did a kit inventory and missing some wire. All the compoonents checked out with the right values and all. Got everything sorted out and will start soon.

The kit as I opened it yesterday

My work area ... all prepared ... parts sorted and marked ... couple of small issues to resolve but can start this weekend.
