My idea is to approximate the most baddest 4x12 I've ever heard, but in a 2x12 configuration, for cheap. It was a Boogie half-back with 2 EVM 12L's and 2 MS-12's.
I would need it to be 8 ohm total, and I'm gonna have the EV, but there is not many other 4 ohmers available, Texas heat is about it, and it's affordable, cheaper and easier to find than another used 4 ohm EV, but I've never heard one. It's basically a Swamp Thing with a smaller mag, right? I like the ST a lot, from memory it seems similar to the MS-12, and I think it would work with an EV, even if it's a 12S.
Am I missing something else? Is the TH horrid and I should try to find another EV? Am I on crack?
