I am trying to do a 4-way switch on a telecaster, Oak Grigsby 2-pole lever switch. Just regular telecaster pickups. Wired the whole thing up doing the special ground to the neck pickup cover and alternate ground under bridge pickup. I have great sound from neck pickup all the time, even a little when it isn't supposed to be on, and very little to no sound from bridge pickup except in last position where it works fine. Went over all the connections twice. Please Help!! Thank You For Your Time!!

If you've already gone over your connections twice, now it's time to look at the actual wiring diagram. Without even seeing pics of your wiring, it is obvious that you've made some incorrect connections. But if you give us some pics we can help you find where they are and where they should be.
