4 wire humbucker wiring`

I have a 1980s Japanese short scale Squier ST-331 Stratocaster and a DiMarzio Super Distortion humbucker. I want to wire the guitar so I can use both coils at once, front coil alone, rear coil alone, in phase, out of phase, and perhaps another option or two. The guitar has a single volume control and no tone control. I have two Gibson-style 3 way switches to put in it. I can't find the wiring diagram that I want at either the DiMarzio or Seymour Duncan websites. What options do I have, and how do I wire it up this way?

It would probably be easiest to get a Duncan Triple Shot pickup ring for it.
