Does anybody know if 490/498 covers will fit Pearly Gates? I'm planning on buying a set for an LP with gold hardware, would prefer to keep my aged covers as they match the "visual age" of the rest of the guitar. Shiny new gold covers would stick out like a pair of sore thumbs. And they cost a lot more than basic black.
