The Liberator was designed with wire color codes that are like having two humbuckers. At some point I'll have some that have wire color codes that look like H/S/S and that will be like a universal "strat" version. But the reality is that you can use the colors for whatever you want. Except the middle greys are hard wired to ground.
One diagram we've drawn has you use one half like a four conductor (Invader goes there) then the other half use for the neck and middle. Twist the shields together and share the grey for ground. Twist the greens together and share the green for the pickup grounds. Then you have red, white, and black left over, pick two for the neck and middle hots, and you've got one left over.
Another way to do it is (forget about the colors)
B Hot
M Hot
N Hot
B Ground (green and shield twisted together)
M Ground
N Ground
Space (extra ground if needed)
Space
B Coil junction (red and white twisted together)
M Coil junction
N Coil junction
In either case, follow normal diagrams and think of the colors and terminals simply as pass-throughs.
If you need more help with the diagram unfortunately we're closed for the weekend but you can call Monday and one of our techs can walk you through it.
