57 classic with seth lover

my guitar´s a es 335 maple body and neck.styles are for blues,jazz and rock.
peavey classic 30 combo amp.

could a gibson 57 classic plus pickup in the bridge match up well with a seth lover on the neck? or should i go with the 57 classic for the neck as well?

For me, '57's have a tendency to be a little dark & muddy in the neck slot, and I swap out the A2 with an A5 for more treble & clarity (or use a '57 Classic Plus in the neck). I think your idea of a '57 bridge & a Seth neck is good.

Put an A8 magnet into that '57Classic Plus and you'll get a match made in heaven with that Seth Lover.

Seths in a 335 sound awesome. I'd go with that. Classics are nice, but they don't quite sound as good to my ears.
