I have a 59/Custom Hybrid pickup (nickel cover) with the Alnico 8 magnet swap for sale. I loved the stock pickup, but the Alnico 8 magnet gave it more power, growl, and articulation in the bridge of my Les Paul Studio. I really dug this pickup, it was the ultimate "hot P.A.F.", but I ultimately decided that I needed even more power, so I went for a Custom 8 instead, and gotta sell the Hybrid.
It has the nickel cover on it, and I had the magnet swap done by a professional repair shop, so it looks and sounds flawless (they re-attached the covers and re-potted the pickup, so it's indistinguishable from what you'd get as a floor shop custom), and the pickups has plenty of lead wire.
The pickup was $110 new (and cost another $30 for the magnet and work to replace it), but for $75 it's yours, and I'll ship it for free. I'll entertain other offers if reasonable, as well as trades. I don't need another pickup, but I'd consider a trade for a cool distortion pedal.
