6L6GC/FET question

So, I'm trying to port a Showman circuit into a pedal-type enclosure, which of course means FETs in place of tubes! Exciting stuff but also, I really don't know what a lot of the data means because I don't know much of anything about tubes?

Basically: I know the 12AX7 and 7025s can be replaced with MPF102s from RadioShack but does anyone know what I'll have to find to replace the 6L6GC and 12AT7?
