The problem with that is how would you get just the middle position?

then a 2 way switch that either turns on the bridge or neck.. "an always on mod" I have this mod on 2 of my guitars.. Gives me an extra 2 positions.. n+m+b or n+b

Im sure there are more complicated switching arrangements but this only takes a limited amount of skill/effort to do

I know of a 6 way toggle that allows for what you want but not the 'all on' option. that toggle works great, by the way.
