8 new clips. Wailing Wailing and more Wailing... SX Guitars

Hi Guys.

I recorded my wailing to 8 backing tracks.
All tracks recorded using an SX vintage "Strat" guitar.

Check it out and please let me know what you think.
Some tracks are meant to be played in stereo, because they have 2 simultaneous solos going on (guitar battles).

Please let me know how my playing is. Which areas do you think I should improve on?? Honestly...

Ok I checked "Altimento", "Sister Theresa" and "TributeToClapton" too..you are on the jazz! Really tasty chops, sounds very mature as if you've played the guitar for 30 years! You're one of my favorite players here now, it's good stuff!!

Well what could you improve, perhaps some tasty tapping or harmonics ( Eric Johnson - Manhatten ~1:05-1:08) So basically I'd say a new technique. Or you can sound jazzier if you play in octaves..Wes is calling!

Cheers!

Wow man. I can honestly say the same thing about you!! The fusion influence is spreading. I first saw Altimeto done by Scott Lerner in a video. I really liked the style.

Thanks man! Yeah I love those techniques. I gotta find a way to start using them more often.

The basis for my playing is one thing: Chord Tone Targeting. This is a priority to me. Resolution to every musical idea in my opinion is very important.

Hey doveman. I got a lot of these backing tracks right from this forum actually, from a guy named Rid.
Check this site for BTs too:
