8 string slanted pickups?

Hey guys,

It's an 8 string with slanted pickups. I am currently in the "Duncans are beyond amazing and I don't want anything else" camp and so I'm wondering what options do I have for a slanted pickup?
Only custom shop? What would you recommend? I am very into SH-5 and have it on a 6 and 7 string. I also think I might like Omegas.

I think custom shop would indeed be your only option.

There is a member/winder here called Zhangbucker who has also done similar pickups if for any reason the CS doesn't work out.

I believe the Custom Shop could build them. However, I'd suggest you live with the stock pickups for a little while in case there are any tonal 'issues' you want to correct. You can contact the Custom Shop here.

I would do what mincer suggests ( Speaking from experience / also if Your not using like a Lace Bar , but Humbuckers) and from hearing it with What's already in it ~ Then deciding what magnets and Config. U want maybe Plan your setup . I dont typically have to Yank out Anything , Myself when I Also do it that way ( if You dont have some Extreme High $ Gig with that Exact Ax coming ~ I would see NO hurry IMHO.
