8ohm speaker cab question

Does anyone have any ideas on a good 4x12 or 2x12 8ohm speaker cab (60)watts minimum for under $350?

Yep, used or avatar cabs is what everyone is going to tell you.

Behringer makes a decent 412 cab that should be well under that price. Seems like they load theirs with Emminence speakers.
