A few more weeks and this will be in my hands.

Re: A few more weeks and this will be in my hands.

I got a quote once from a Gibson dealer for a custom shop Les Paul and the price was $3400. and that is just for a vintage white finish with a maple neck, everything else just like the Customs. McNaught you get all different types of choices, such as my set up, for the same price. I look at it this way, it`s like getting a PRS private stock, anyway you want at a fraction of the cost.

Do you still have your Silverburst Custom? This new one is my favorite color. I really dig brown or rootbeer flametops. Play it as your main guitar for life!
Both of my silverburst are gone.

The most ironic part of it all is that not only is a DTM cheaper, but the quality will blow your mind; trust me on that. Probably _the_ finest dual humbucker guitar I've played along with an old school USA Baker. They will blow away PRS and Gibson, definitely. The craftsmanship is tight, the tone is great unplugged, and it just has that "feel". If I wasn't so interested in other pickup options and I was looking for a Les Paul styled guitar, I'd have one by now (that's really the nicest thing I can say about any guitar).
