A Quick Thanks To The S.D. Team!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the S.D. team & everyone who helped out with my recent post entitled Short Leg TB-1, WTF???
I bought a pickup off eBay & it was one of those "too good to be true" things so i started the post hoping i didn't buy a fake? Scott O. & Riley were both EXTREMELY helpful, I'd go as far to say instrumental in finding the answers to all the questions i had & they were even able to track it's genesis to a unnamed guitar builder from up north. In the end the pickup was the real deal & a real good deal too, I'm about to drop it into a project now! So anyway, THANK YOU, please tell your boss for me I said to give you guys a raise, you people are the real reason S.D. will keep being the #1 pickup manufacturer in the world for years to come!!! Now a days we buy everything from cars to takeout online & customer service has suffered for it, being able to send an email & not have to wait a month for a reply or being able to pick up the phone & talk to a real, living, breathing person goes a long way in my book! But the real hook is how helpful they are when you do call, they don't make it seem like your hassling them by asking questions, or try & make you feel dumb for overlooking something? They even get excited about your projects, you can actually hear it in their voice when they think something your working on will turn out good, & on the other hand they're not afraid to say something is a bad idea? If I were to call, IDK, Guitar Fetish, & ask if a pickup was a good choice for my guitar they'll say yes, because they don't care about much else other than selling pickups? S.D. will say no because they know your probably going to stick with their products anyway & if not you'll be back? This is also why G.F.S. will never have the loyal customer base that S.D. has, had, & will have!!!!!
