i think they are some kinda guild humbucker? i havent seen that guitar in person for many years, but my buddy had it for a long time before he passed. i think its a '68. got a nice scar on the lower bout

Man seems that guitar needs to be with ya man. Being as it belonged to your freind. And its just cool and a vintage axe at that.
Set her up to your taste and keep its legacy going.
Not that Im trying to talk ya into buying a guitar....but buy it.
