thanks for all the help - I've placed my order - a full size JB TB-4 at the bridge, my fender fat 50s single coils in the middle/neck, a push/pull to split the JB, a blender pot to bring the neck into any position and a 250k liberator volume pot (so i can change everything myself when I change my mind)...I'll throw some clips up when I get the guitar back...
