A2 Pro Humbucker Bridge Clips??

This pickup has aroused my interest. Any clips out there? Clean, dirt, whatever

Yup....click on my soundclips in my sig. There is an "APH Bridge Clean To Dirty" or something similar there. Also, the "NOS Pre-Amp Tube Shootout" was done with the APH bridge. They're pretty rough....but I love the tone the APH gives.

Jeff that's a very nice demo. Thanks for posting. I really liked your clean playing and the tone on that Satch tune, on both demos.
I can hear the a2 influence in there.

Glad to be of some service Stevo...after all the wonderful clips you've posted. Many of your clips have helped me decide which pup to try next!

BTW, the NOS Tube demo was done thru my modded JCM800 in case I didn't list it. The other one was done with various amp models from my Boss GT-6.

Here's a couple of clips I recorded with AIIP's in a Les Paul Studio through a POD. The first clip is the bridge dirty on the "Brit Hi Gain" setting, and the second is the neck clean followed by the bridge clean on the "Black Panel" setting.

(Disregard the crappy playing. :smack: These were recorded almost two years ago, and thankfully, I've logged tons of practice hours since then. )

Dirty - Bridge

Clean - Neck followed by Bridge

Thanks for that man...that bridge one actually sounds pretty cool, so many pickups to choose from i just want some great tone why is it so confusing :smack:

Sounds great to me!! Alnico II pickups have this special tone that allways amazes me... :saeek:

Thanks for the kind words...I'm sure I'm not worthy of the compliment. That was a fun tune to do, and the solo's contain some of my favorite phrasing and tones. Slash rocks!
