Hello,
Lt. K, IIRC you had the answer to this old question. I want to put an A8 in my Seth L. Bridge SG as you have stated that this combo works well for many applications.
I could not find the thread on this that was maybe a year or two ago. I have about 4 A8's from addFX around 2008 or so. I have kept them stored together with them rolled in packing plastic, thin, about 1/8" thick and the mags are rolled such that 2 slips of plastic separate them.
When taking them apart I realized that although they were separated by 1/4" of material, they were very hard to pull apart. No other mags in this roll, just A8's. The question is, for me: would these magnets exerting such a strong pull on each other over 8 years or so, damage or degauss the mags?
This question is for all, I just remember Pepe had a strong opinion that people seemed to agree with.
IIRC, a big If,
Thank you,
Steve Buffington.
