Yeah , thats how I read the tag. Thats a pretty fair price for both I believe. I have no experience with that amp but have read nothing but good things about that series. I think that would be a seriously kickbutt rig.

What makes you say that besides perhaps it's more than you'd want to pay for such a rig?

Based on a recent eBay listing, it looks fair to me. If an S120 w/ 2x12 goes for $1250, asking $1600 for the same head with a Rivera 4x12 seems in the ballpark. Also, I'd suspect that there's some room for negotiation in that price.
