About factory exchanges...

About how long does it take? Is it quick like cheetah or does it take a bit longer due to other things going on? (Understanding that those folks at the factory are pretty busy).

Just curious, question for those who've exchanged directly.

im not a 100% sure, but i think it would be about a week.
thats what dimarzio told me, and i dont think duncan would be any longer. probably shorter

My experience with Duncan exchanges is that it takes 2-3 weeks sometimes depending if they have your pickup available or if they have to build it. I would also recommend calling periodically and checking on the progress.

Yes...if the pickup is in stock. Or longer if you're wanting a high demand pickup like the PHATCAT. Mine have been on order about 2 months now and I've had to start refunding money to guys who prepaid and are now tired of waiting. Lew
