Re: About fuzzes...
Listen to the lead stuff on "The Stooges" song I Wanna Be Your Dog. That's a cranked marshall, and an original fuzz face. Absolutly brilliant sound.
In 1970-1971 I had the privilage to see..
Iggy Pop's and the Stooges. (He was born here in Muskegon)

Quicksilver Messenger Service.
The MC-5.
Mitch Ryder and The Detroit Wheels.
The Bob Seger System.
Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes.
In That order at the same Show..
Lake Odessa Speedway..
Nugent did not get to crank up his two Fender Dual Showmans till about Midnight, finished about 2:00 a.m.. Delays, Encores and such..
He got later got sued by a farmer that lived two miles away.
That claimed his cows would not give milk for over a month..
But a neat vid of the MC-5, probebly within the same time frame I found..

I stood within 25 foot of Wayne Kramer and the rest at the Lake Odessa Show..

When the MC-5 did "Kick Out The Jams', they called everyone and anyone up on the stage to sing it with them..
Alot of peoples stuff got knocked off the back of the stage there..
Led to some hard feelings for some..
But sure was a Riot!
You did not want to move or you would never get back in..
To The Dog!
