Acoustic - Loose Brace (and Warranty Qs)

I plan on sending my Breedlove Discovery back to the factory in Oregon for a warranty repair.

The issue is a buzz that seems to be from a loose brace; no hardware is loose, no batteries or electronics present to rattle, and the buzz is still apparent when fretting the last fret and playing. It does, however, seem to be dependent on humidity/conditions; for example, when I first take the guitar out of the bag to play it, it is very apparent, but as the guitar "settles" into whatever climate (or if I leave it out of the bag for a night) the buzz is much more difficult to discern and isn't hugely apparent.

So my question is how best to handle this (aside from providing them with that information/specifics) to ensure that Breedlove doesn't just look at the guitar, strum it and say there's not a problem. I'd hate it if they insisted nothing was wrong, and sent it back to me with the same issues. So I'd love any suggestion on how best to handle this, from anyone who has had insight with such issues/making warranty claims.

Describe accurately when and how it happens. That way whoever is assessing the guitar has specific knowledge of the issue and can have the best tools to replicate the noise.
