I got both of those Mooer's I ordered last week, and I have to say I'm impressed with both of them.

Blue Faze - Mooer's silicon fuzz face clone. I don't have much experience with fuzz pedals, but it seems to do everything I hear they should do. It cleans up nicely with the volume knob, and with the fuzz knob dimed, it gives some really nice tones. Unfortunately, it gets pretty muddy through our "new" Tweed Champ, but through the DC-5 or Bassman, it's wonderfully rich. I used it with some delay from my Carbon Copy after it, and was able to get some really nice sounds. I'm not sure if it will find a permanent home on my board, or just be a situational pedal, but for $42 shipped, I think it was a good first foray into the fuzz world.

Blues Crab - Mooer's Bluesbreaker clone. Again, I've never played the original pedal, but this seems to be the type of pedal I've read the BBV1 is. Very subtle breakup when run into a clean amp. I could see myself leaving this pedal on all the time, or at least, nearly all the time. It cleans up nicely with a slight rollback on the volume, and reacts well to other dirt. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it much in front of the Champ, either, as it added a lot more gain since that amp sits on the edge of breakup anyway. Even still, it added a different voice and color to the Champ's natural overdrive. This one will likely find a permanent home on my board.

One of these days I'll get an interface and do some sound clips of all this crap.
