My guitar tech just got a rack with a tuner and an ada mp-1 in it. He needs to use his Triple recto as a power amp. How should he plug everything up?

MP-1 out to Triple Recto's FX in, make sure the mix or return level is set to 100%, and that the FX loop section isn't bypassed (If it it's a newer, 3 ch. one).
Then, just use the master volume to control the poweramp level.
