Advice for pickups for a basswood body guitar

I recently purchased a used Fender Squire M80 solid body guitar.
This guitar is a fusion of less Fender and more Gibson traits.
Has a stop tail bridge and "Duncan Designed" humbuckers.
Does anyone have any advice on what pickups would sound good in a basswood body guitar?
I really want to stay with humbuckers...just ones that sound better than what is currently installed.

Thanks

One of my best sounding guitars is a roadstar that probably has a basswood body and a PGb and two Ant1 for Strat.

Please explain the following:

What are you looking to change about your current tone?

What gear are you playing through?

What style(s) of music do you play?

Duncan designed sound pretty good in my opinion. If u want a heavier sound get a Duncan sh6. It'll work fine. I don't really like basswood that much. I've heard Duncan designed sound good in other guitar woods.

What the others stated above about listing important info, but the JB works beautifully in Basswood from my experience.
