It's been posted everywhere that Musicians Friend is moving to a new warehouse and there are delays. Sorry to hear you got caught in the middle of it, but all things considered, 2 weeks is nothing (even though it seems like forever when you're waiting).

They moved a few weeks back....and were having probs then and had a notice up about shipping delays. As of the beginning of last week the notice was gone.
I know cos I had 2 diff orders placed with them over the past 4-5 weeks..thier Customer Service/email response has been literally NON-existant. I had 3 unanswered emails into them as of last week. Phone traffic has been awful too. Shipping delays? Fine. But answer your emails, and get out your tracking info within a resonable amount of time. My last package arrived appx 2 hours after I got my tracking # info
Its quite FUBAR there at the moment

Last time a made and order from Germany it took a month, and that's normal!
-Shop ships your order next day
-Allow a few days for your order to get to Portugal
-Order arrives in Portugal (and now you start praying)
-Order gets lost
-Order is found
-Lost again
-Then found (if you're lucky)
-Two weeks later it gets to your town, even if it is right next to where the central is (pray ALOT this time)
-Gets lost and found again
-You finally get a letter to pick up your order!! BUT you can only pick it up in a day or two

I ordered an Mbox recording bundle back in June. June 26 to be exact. The bundle included the Mbox with Pro tools LE, a mic and stand, all necessary cables and an Maudio pair of monitors. I was told via Email and countless phone calls that the Mbox was back ordered and it would be 2 weeks, than I got notice of a 30 day back order, than I got notice of another 30 days. Then I called them and they told mne it was shipped. I called back to get a tracking # and I was told that the order was cancelled.:banghead:
Bottom line is I never got it..... the order has been canceled and I have to see if I can get it locally. MF has always been good. This is the worst experience I've had with buying anything online.
