Air Alnico8 ?

First thanks to Chill for my 6 alnico8 i just got today :fingersx: .
Fridge test : a LOT stronger than alnico5 .
So the question is , especially cause i wanted to try it in a Demon and a Jazz neck :
* how to degauss it ? without special machine , an old granny trick ?
** would the same goal be reached with a gap between poles and magnet ?

I am dying to ALNICO 8 on VHOT PAF's or Air Zone's

The 8s have wayyyy too much pull and power to my ears and hands (as far as feel)

Have you test-driven the 2 yet?
